  • Why did you call us? I had seen commercials and had done my research for other needs
  • Comment: The response to the pipe burst in my home on March 2 was outstanding, with water covering most of the downstairs area. Alex Garcia arrived within an hour, promptly dispatching his crew to begin water mitigation. He guided me through the process, indicating where the water had reached in each room. The majority of the water was above the baseboards. The team worked swiftly to remove water, set up fans, and take out damaged flooring. They were courteous, attentive to my concerns, and careful with my belongings. Alex\'s efforts were highly effective, achieving success in less than a week, and he was always responsive to my calls and texts. However, some services were considered unnecessary by my insurance, State Farm, which caused significant stress as they were reluctant to cover all the essential costs to save my home. Despite our best efforts, Alex and I were unable to alter the payment situation. I commend Alex for his expertise, patience, and dedication to performing excellently under challenging circumstances. I strongly endorse Dalworth Restoration for handling any home water disasters.
