Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us after his toilet broke and flooded 80% of his 2 story home. Some areas had 2-3 inches of water, affecting wood floors, tile and carpet. Customer filed a claim with Allstate.

Solutions provided:

Dalworth was onsite, and discovered that there were a lot of affected personal property, we had our packout department come on site to move items to unaffected areas. Dalworth then extracted water and set up drying equipment to dry the home. Dalworth worked with his insurance on making sure the claim was closed out.
